Dealing with 

Slip and Fall Incidents

Never assume at the beginning that any slip and fall is a phony one. From the first report of a slip and fall incident, you must assume that it is genuine, and deal with it accordingly.

This means that medical attention must be offered, and if it is declined, then the person must sign for you a complete release. If the person refuses immediate medical attention that you offer, but wants to see their own doctor first .  .  . .
