Recording Observations By Jim Goding In case of any incident, all of the following information must be recorded and included in any reports or statements made by Surveillance. These are the elements which must be satisfied should any case come to court. A detailed list of materials that would be expected in a court of law, whether criminal or civil, has been deleted here. This material is now available only on a for-sale basis. I have to make a living too. Please see the Publications Order page for ordering materials
Take notes. Don’t rely entirely on your memory. Get someone to the floor if necessary to obtain all particulars. Obtain others to make observations as well. Ensure that all reports are made and submitted to the Director. Copyright © 1998, 2002 by Jim Goding. All rights reserved.
