This unfortunately cannot apply to instructors or others who would be further distributing the materials. What has happened is that my materials have been used in a number of places without compensation or permission, which endangers my copyrights and future income. I have to make a living too.

Note: Purchase of these materials will give the purchaser the right to make copies for personal and company use, but does not give the right to resell or distribute any materials.
